Bernd Eggink

Heartbeat II
About me:

I play piano (classical, jazz), read, write, program, think. Sometimes I do nothing.

My current favorite programming language is S-Lang, my preferred operating system is MX-Linux.

Sometimes a TV team watches me... Well, at least twice.

I was assistant artist on some works of my friend Wolfram Goerlach.

In 1996, I had the dubious pleasure of a hemipelvectomy, which freed me from a chondrosarcoma, unfortunately also from my right leg.

I am a Bokononist (... busy, busy, busy...).

Some music pieces produced by me (in .mp3 format) can be heard here. Mostly simultaneous improvisations on a Kawai Hybrid-Piano (left hand) and an Expressive Osmose Synthesizer (right hand). Occasionally I have added tracks afterwards. The style is, in my own estimation, a mixture of blues, modern jazz, and Free Jazz or New Music. Listen at your own risk! Any other use only with my permission.

Feedback is allowed, but considering my advanced age, I kindly ask to refrain from shitstorms.
